I have a favorite grocery store near my place of work, and each week, I do my groceries in that establishments. There are other grocery stores in the area but I prefer that particular grocery store since I have more choices. But one afternoon while I was doing my weakly grocery shopping, I asked the new cashier to separate one item from the other items since a colleague asked me to buy it and it is not included in my home use. The cashier then told me in an off tone that separation of items are not allowed in that establishments. I was dumbstruck. I left all the items in the check out counter and left the grocery store, it was the last time I ever set foot in that place. Business owners should be very careful in training their new hires since it might cost them the business of loyal customers.
