I will never forget the incident that happened in my cigar store late last year. I have been a small cigar store owner for about three years now and most of my customers are retired men. I make it a point to make them fell comfortable inside my store so I will have a better chance of selling my cigars. One day, a uniformed man went inside my store and begun looking at my cigars, he seemed to be looking for something. Then he was followed by an old man in shorts and Hawaiian shirt. I have two customers in front of me and I need to entertain one of them. I choose to speak with the dignified looking man and told him about our bestseller. He was listening to me attentively when the older man cut me off and said he wanted three boxes of the most expensive cigar I sell. The old man’s purchase amounted to one day of my regular sales. Later on I found out that the uniformed man is the driver of the biggest hotel empire in the state.
