There are a lot of business establishments that come and go each year. Others last for a decade, other just stay for a year or two. But there is one restaurant in our area that has been there since I can remember. I first dined in that place when I was in college, the meal taste good and was very affordable. Now, when I attended the graduation of my son in the same university I have been to, I found out that the restaurant was still there catering to students. For old time sake, I went over the restaurant and I found out that the owner passed away and his children continue to run the place. The food was still great and the price are still affordable. The new managers of the place managed to maintain the quality of the food and the affordable price.
